What started out to be a late spring after that unusual winter, is winding up to be a good grape harvest for Eastern Washington wineries. Hard to believe that some growers are harvesting up to 40 tons of grapes per day! While grape jams and juice are fine and dandy, the wine industry in Washington has been growing steadily for years.
