West Richland Bar Wants Customer to Pay His Tab!

Spotted this on my Facebook feed this a.m. and had to chuckle! Ty's Bar & Grill in West Richland apparently had a customer skip out on his bill and this was their way of dealing with it!

So if anyone knows Sam Meredith you should let him know Ty's wants their $$
