What Mid-Columbia Women Deserve a Statue? [SURVEY]

Pendleton just decided to erect a statue of the city's "mother." The woman helped homestead the town and donated much of the land the city center is built upon. If money was available to build a statue of any Mid Columbia woman, who would you nominate?
