What’s the Cheapest Haircut in Tri-Cities? [SURVEY]

I'm tired of paying $20 for a haircut. I know you get what you pay for, but I have short hair and when I need a simple trim I don't care about fancy. I know big cities have shops selling haircuts for $7. The idea is making money on quantity over quality. Anything like that around here?

I think the corporate "chop shops" are at about $16 now. My favorite barber was at $13 but recently raised prices.

I honestly think $10 is a good price for a 10-minute haircut. Is there anywhere around here like that? Give me some suggestions.
