Women Shouldn’t Get Equal Pay? [POLL]

At the Academy Awards last night, Patricia Arquette won the award for Best Supporting Actress. In her speech, she gave a huge shout out for pay equality for women. Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lopez and several others cheered in agreement, and have spurred a LOT of conversations about whether women SHOULD get equal pay. In a heated discussion in the office today, a co-worker and I really got into it. He doesn't think a woman should get equal pay, whereas I think absolutely we should. SO what do YOU think?
