WOOPS! Seattle Woman Walks Right Into Tense Ending to Car Chase [VIDEO]

When you watch this video you'll see a Seattle officer with gun drawn in the top of the screen. He's monitoring a suspect on the ground in the middle right of the screen. It's a tense situation. Then watch the woman in the white hat entering from the bottom right!
