The report claims that pilotless planes could save the airline industry as much as $35 billion a year.

The flip side of this, a new study by UBS reveals that only 17% of travelers would fly without a pilot.

The CNN report claims computers pilot the majority of flights with human pilots only flying the aircraft for a few minutes per flight.
