Yesterday Was The Coldest Day in Tri-Cities Since 1983

Yesterday went down in the history books as the coolest day on record since 1983 for Tri-Cities

The Tri-Cities recorded nearly an inch of rain which also produced lightning and hail in the area with a high temperature of 58 degrees which is the lowest high temperature recorded for our area since September 20th 1983!
