16 year-old Maryanne Atkins is accused of killing a man and taking his money, THEN posting a picture of herself with his gun on Facebook.

Atkins is alleged to have shot 21 year-old Emmanuel Gondo while he sat in his car.

Gondo's wallet, gun, and phone were missing.

Atkins had been listed as a missing person since February. She has been described as a runaway.

Due to the nature of the crime, Atkins could be tried as an adult.
