Head On Crash on 240 Under Investigation This Morning

Washington State Patrol is investigating an accident that shut down 240 this morning.

The driver of a vehicle crossed over into the Eastbound lanes and hit a car head on.

One person is listed in critical condition, and alcohol does seem to be a factor.
