Man Armed with Knife Threatens Richland Starbucks Customers

The thought of enjoying your coffee one day, when a man with a knife starts threatening you is terrifying. That's exactly what happened in a Richland Starbucks this week.

Richland officers were able to subdue the man, who was homeless, before he was able to do any damage.
