Richland Police are searching for leads, and asking public for any possible tips, into the theft of a service work truck from Brashear Electric in Richland.

The theft occurred sometime during the early morning hours of April 7, the truck was reported missing by company officials after they arrived. The truck was described as a white 2003 Chevrolet Silverado (WA LIC #B08431P) w/ Brashear Electric on both driver and passenger doors. It did not have any toolboxes or racks on it.

The two suspects reportedly also stole a number of power and hand tools from the business located on Columbia Park Trail in Richland.

All leads can be confidential.  Police and Deputies in our area say since the COVID crises began, there's been a significant rise in commercial-business break-ins, not just at night or early morning, but during the day as well.   Shuttered businesses have become easier targets.
