New Bill Would Make 4th DUI a Felony in Washington State

If you think drinking and driving is no big deal, it is about to get real for you!

A State Senate bill was passed in February that would make it a felony if you get 4 DUI’s in a ten year span.

It now just has to the House floor, and then on to the Governor’s desk
