Pasco Police Pop Pistol-Promenading Perpetrator

Pasco Police responded to a rolling report of a white Acura following, harassing and allegedly waving a pistol toward the tire of another car.

The driver was stopped and arrested for several misdemeanor charges including unlawful display of a firearm, driving while suspended and trespassing.

Pasco police got a search warrant after towing the car and a further review of the vehicle divulged a loaded 380 semi-automatic pistol inside. The man had additional firearms charges added to his dossier. (PP17-17491 Weapons)
