“Stop A Douchebag” Movement Tries to Stop Insane Drivers on Sidewalk [VIDEO]

There is a group of Russian youths that are trying to bring awareness to driving laws buy putting stickers on peoples cars that drive on the sidewalks to avoid traffic. I would love to do something like this, good for them!
