How Now ‘Black Cow’- Masked Thief Makes off with Merchandise

Kennewick Police did not specify what date or time this incident occurred. They also didn't say which store, but it appears it could be possibly Dicks or maybe Ranch and Home--although their cameras are better.

Officers are hoping somebody will recognize this guy largely because of his black and white cow patterened mask.
