The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for parts of Southeastern WA and Northeastern Oregon, through late Thursday.

A mixture of heavy rain, winds and continued downfall could swell creeks, smaller rivers, and send water down gulleys and valleys. LaGrande and other areas in Oregon are under the warning, as are parts of Washington near the following areas, according to the National Weather Service:

"Walla Walla, Pendleton, La Grande, Dayton, Fossil, North Powder, Meacham, College Place, Milton-Freewater, Elgin, Waitsburg, Athena, Prairie City, Weston, Adams, Prescott, Long Creek, Ukiah, Helix and Summerville."
